Lol, well he looks familiar, doesn't he? Did you make one like his brother, too? He has a sister you might like with different eyes. I'm so glad you liked the design and I really look forward to seeing those new animations! Mine are spawning in the banana trees instead of jungle. I highly recommend it, so cute! But best make sure they don't die easily. I adjusted them so falls don't kill them!

I've PM'd a link to the rest of the textures so you can see them, all my edits released with a CC BY SA license. Here's a couple of my favorites. My muddy pig and one of my extra puppy colors. Hope you find some you like!

I wonder if you can advise me. I have changed bouyancy and made the duckies spawn in water and they paddle around and are so adorable, but then they stop and stand still, as I guess they would on land, too. I want them to keep moving continuously like the dolphins and beavers do in water. I've poured over the code but can't figure why some petz move continuously and others don't. What can I change to have my ducks paddle about all the time?

I have made a fix to allow ducks to swin with the semiaquatic brain.

I have to tweak the behaviour to jump into water and viceversa.

Very cute. When they spawn in water, they sometimes paddle about pretty well, but they can get stuck easily, too. Maybe they shouldn't collide with objects like lilypads...? They have also stopped following in the water. They were following well before which added a fun play dynamic, I think, because the player swims out to tame them. If they swim like they did before but just don't stop and stand, it would work nicely, I think. I'm glad you took it up because I looked at what you did, and I would've had no idea whatsover even if you told me. :)

There seems to be a tie between the vulture and the armadillo. I was the only one who voted for bambi, oh.

I'll go for the vulture first. It will be a flying animal of course, that will appear when another petz dies. Sometimes, it will depend randomly. If a vulture flies over the area it will go for the carrion, otherwise two vultures will appear out of nowhere. After a while they will eat the meat and fly into the sky. They can be tamed with meat. Pet.

- Kittens are now registered via the petz.register from api_register.lua function. So if you tweaked the code, make your modifications again and/or rename the textures!

Yes, it is a Mesetec bug, reported since 2 years ago:

UNFORTUNATELY STILL NOT SOLVED. The mod is abandoned?

To solve it, manually editing the code:

A workaround would be disable the antz.

Hello runs!

Thanks for your answer. The error is as i tought. So i simply disabled mesetec.
Petz is much more important for my players then mesetec. For me too :-)

Many thanks to you for this great mod. People here having much fun with all the different animals.
