if you whant to use the mode without reinstalling minetest, try a old version

but the funny fact is that youd better get jeija`s throwing, because it is realistic, cause in this mode, when you shot a arrow to a block, it doesnt gets stuck on the wall, and you can get it back and use it, in jeija`s, it stops in the block, and i think that jeija`s mod looks better

One of my favorite mods, teleport arrow for the win! I do think it can be better.

I completely remade the textures. You can see them here.

I added a green headed arrow. I was hoping that you can add a bow that when vines mod is installed you can craft vines arrow that creates vines or ropebox on collision.

Another possible feature is difference in firing range/speed for more "expensive" bows. That way the bows do not only differ in lifespan but also in range and possibly in damage too.

EDIT:
Will make a texture of a bundle of arrows. Which looks better in the inventory. Let me know what you think.

Im not really working on this mod anymore so its nice that you do. If you are done just open a pull request on GitHub. You can add yourself as a contributor to the README then (if you want to).

This is a good mod but the usefulness is limited by the targeting range of Minetest. Is it possible to change the targeting range to 10 or 20 blocks whenever the bow is selected?

Instead of different bows (wood, stone, steel) , there should be different arrows (same materials):
wood:goes farther but does less damage
stone:does not go very far but does more damage than wood
steel:goes almost as far as wood and does even more damage than stone
mese:goes very far and does a lot of damage
