Since Doc's last activity in this topic was 27 january 2013 I took the liberty to upload this mod.

Somehow I missed the 1.1.1 raspberry update. I tried to fix a 1.1.0 version I had, without changing other code. I think I managed to do that. I recommend everyone wanting to play this mod to read post 1 completely (something I should have done).

See post 26 and 27 above your post. Omploader is down for quiet a while now and according to his profile Doc hasn't been on the forum since 27 january 2013.

If you want a working (tested) and downloadable version you can download it from one of my links in dropbox (post 27).

Off course all credits for this mod go to Doc.

Thanks! It's great if older but still very well working (or easily adjustable) mods are made available again. Farming is more fun with more and diverse mods installed :-)

I haven't touched the minetest code in a few years, I think. If any huge changes have been made to the way minetest works, just tell me and I'll get the mods fixed. Thank you!

Glad you are still enjoying my mods. Also, thank's Topywo for keeping the mod alive.

Fun Mod for anyone who likes to run the food/hunger/diet mods like I do. I just want to add some pointers that I didn't see mentioned before in this topic to help anyone who wants to try this mod.

This mod uses its own unique hoe and resulting soil type (different from the default farming/farming plus). Rather than have to keep track of which I was using I went through the lua files and changed every instance of "docfarming:plowed" with "farming:soil_wet" and voila, one hoe to rule them all!

Additionally, unless you like fields of white cucumber flowers there is a typo in the cucumber.lua file that you'll need to fix. It prevents the stage three "volunteer" cucumber plants (one of the neat things about this mod) from maturing to stage four. Look for the "default_dirt_with_grass" about 2/3 of the way through the file in the stage three abm and change it to "default:dirt_with_grass".

The plants from Doc Farming have been merged into the Farming Redo mod which has many new plants to farm and food items that come with it... This mod is also a drop-in replacement for the current farming mod...
