The water sounds are from the ambience mod by Neuromancer (viewtopic.php?id=2807),
and are by Robinhood76 (http://www.freesound.org/people/Robinho ... nds/79657/) license CC BY-NC.

I wonder how you managed to sneak this mod into Mod Releases …

Oops. Well we have swim sounds as default now, i can remove these.

Wait a sec.? NC is not supported here at MT?
it allows everything but using for commercial/profit...

I add NC to my work (regarding textures) because I'm not to keen on anyone using my work to make $$$ on something I created to share with others for free, etc.. I prefer SA-NC attrib

So I am not so clear on why an NC license is an issue here? (just curious)
I'm not your buddy, guy...

Basically because the Creative Commons -NC licenses are very problematic. Other people already explained it much better than I why it is hurting the free culture movement: http://freedomdefined.org/Licenses/NC
Basically, -NC has many bad “side effects” which you may not have considered. If you want to avoid commercial exploitation, CC BY-SA is a much better choice.

I will remove the swim sounds soon, the mod surface nodes are out of date anyway.

v0.3.0

Mod rewritten for Minetest 0.4.15,
Works with all default biomes.
Now uses default textures plus overlays for compatibility with texture packs (texture pack must contain default_footprint.png).

a little mistype I think, somewhere in the code:

          minetest.set_node(pos, {name = "default:dirt_with_snoe"})

it should be 'snow' instead of 'snoe', it cause the mod replaces non existing node.

This might need updating for 0.4.16 and any new surface nodes.
