I wrote Farming Redo as a drop-in replacement for the minetest_game farming so it works mostly for the biomes already created in-game, any new [games] may not use the same biomes and would have to add farming compatibility like I do with Ethereal mod. I will however check to see how it works with MeseCraft.

@NomadKing3 - I just finished testing Farming Redo with [MeseCraft] game and the crops do indeed generate around the map in different biomes. If you are finding crops rare then you could always edit the farming.conf file and tweak the rarity settings (higher the number the more crops you see, 0.001 is default, try 0.01 instead).

Golden Carrot uses raw metal lumps for crafting. This is an unforgivable sin and should be changed

Minetest Game doesn't have Nuggets. MTG's Lumps are equivalent to Minecraft's ores. What exactly would you suggest instead, given there's no exact analogue? Bars would be 9x too expensive. If you play with technic, bars would make the carrots half price after grinding and smelting.

1 bar = 1 lump without mods. With certain other mods (terumet), lumps and ores can be enriched even more

- Added new crops: asparagus, spinach and eggplant (thanks Atlante)
- Added Chili Powder (thanks Atlante)
- New Onigiri and Rice textures (thanks Atlante)
- Moved mapgen decoration into each crop file
- Updated Ethereal NG and Bonemeal mods to use new crops
- Added visible change in selection box to show when crop is grown

Mint is found between 1 and 75 in height on green grass or coniferous litter grass near water:

Note: I've tweaked mint spawning so it appears near water/sand for mapgens without rivers.

The translation of Hoe tools is broken by toolranks because you use an old way of doing things and set a untranslated string, https://notabug.org/TenPlus1/farming/sr ... s.lua#L195

now there is a function to do it.

In my singleplayer, rhubab gives nothing, others plants drops seeds, seedlings or are able to place them to replant. Please check for bugs (maybe there is only in my MT under L.Mint). Except these, new plants are extremely rare. Mint spawns only in wet woodlands with low probability others like asparagus, eggplant didnt meet.

@Adam0207 - Tested rhubarb and it always gave me 2 from the final crop with a chance of an additional 2 on top. Make sure creative mode/priv is not set as you wont get any added to inventory if one exists already. As for new plants, they were made rare on purpose so that when found players would have to farm them :) I will however look into increasing their chances.

Thank You for quick answer. In case of rhubarbs, they are after game and mods reinstalation still the same ( but suppose only in my singleplayer game). They are in stage of growth under full, so they aren't giving any crops like other plants, and that is right. Rhubarbs are probably slowest growing crops ever, so i mark some of them in the wild and try to wait until them will be fully growed. Question is: Why they are below adult stage in the wild?

o.O you are so right, the mapgen has rhubarb_3 spawn in the world instead of rhubarb_4. I will fix this today and have the 3rd stage drop 1:2 chance to account for the one's already spawned in world. Sorry for the trouble, the Pie mod texture issue on ContentDB has me in a tizzy lately.

What do you mean ?
I deleted the farming mod into the mintest_game (the game i use on my server), the problem is still here.
I always used this game by default, i tried on my local client, and the receipe is there.
More, I have several error messages when I load my unified inventory.
The problem appeared when I installed a new machine to play with, I didn't change the version of MT, and I migrated my data on a PostgreSQL server.
have you an idea ? Thanks

@amelaye - if the recipe exists in a singleplayer game using farming redo then everything is working a-ok, you dont need to remove the default farming mod as it is overwritten when redo is enabled. It really sounds like something in your server world may be interfering with either the recipe, items included or a setting that hides the recipe unless all ingredients are in you inventory.
