HTML Map generation tool?

About a week ago I saw a link to a utility that would read your data files and create a html map that you could scroll around and zoom in & out. I thought I bookmarked it but I can't find it. Anyone have any links to this?

Leaflet.js and the minetest mapper. Est31 wrote a guide somewhere, iirc.

Or that may have been for the isometric mapper, I forget
