Collection of countries and continental maps

Hi folks,

i wanted to start a collection of maps which are either entire continents or countries. Since there have been several hints how to create them, it would be nice to share them once created.
As far as i read, it takes quite a while to create them so we could save ourselves some work and time if we put them all in one spot :)

So far i don't have a map converted yet, but maybe others do and are willing to share them with us?

Thanks and i hope the collection will fill up fast :)

A complete playable map of earth is available now, and you can cut it to pieces with mtmapprune if you just want to have a smaller piece. Please read this topic:

What scale has been used?
