How to run custom map?

I'have download map Citadel
viewtopic.php?f=12&t=19572

I followed the instructions on installing maps
viewtopic.php?f=12&t=2622

But I didn't have "worlds" directory. So I created it and put upacked map there.

But now, how can I run this map?

I have Minetest 0.4.16 for Windows XP

Just run Minetest and it will show on your world list.
