Now it does look awful. Is there an other way to disable 3d-armor wielview and only have the wield3d enabled??

I have found the solution for your problem.
(In f7 you can not see it working but i tested it with my sister and it works super cool)
My mod (a bit old) request: Better enchant. My second mod: Old Broken Castle nodes. Search for aab01 to find my mods!

We no longer need to use the mod!
We can move only head without ugly hack such as this mod because of this patch.

That wasn't a good reason to just delete the mod entirely from minetest-mods.

I've restored the mod for posterity. I've removed your access too. If you're not interested in maintaining it, you shouldn't go full nuclear on it and delete a repository that others may want to access for other purposes.

What Rui is saying is that because of an engine patch this playeranim no longer works, but because of the engine patch it is now easier to make a new one

It is really not working correctly with 5.3.

Is there any new mod implementing animations?

I don't understand, why is it not implemented in the engine itself.

There is headanim which just makes your head move up or down depending on where you look!
