i have created a pullrequest for a few changes:
1.It does make VanessaE's changes like in her pullrequest https://github.com/Zeg9/minetest-ufos/pull/3
2.it makes the ufos:ufo tool to a technic_power_tool chargable in technic battery (very slow)
3.it replaces the algorithm to find the UFO-charging furnace with the minetest buildin minetest.find_node_near
can u please merge it?

Those changes don't sound that great. If you really want to charge the ufo with technic power, make the ufo furnace to a technic machine. Also with find node near, the ufo furnace could be anywhere but the ufo only accepts power from specific sides, I wouldn't like that t be changed, it could drain power from furnaces that are for another ufo.juli wrote:2.it makes the ufos:ufo tool to a technic_power_tool chargable in technic battery (very slow)

he/him; Codeberg; GitHub; ContentDB; public personal TODO list; "DS" is preferred (but often too short)

UFO does not work in minetest 5.1.0. The character sticks out higher than necessary from the cabin. The UFO turns, but does not fly. The furnace is fully charged. Who can fix it? =)

several mod are no longer maintained and no longer work .... it would be to move them to "old mod" section .... (or create a section of the forum "unmaintained" so that users do not go crazy and do not create unnecessary losses of time opening threads like these ....) this is only my opinion
