[Game]Labyrinthus[2.14.0]-Create your own levels now!

Labyrinthus is a puzzle game in minetest.
Can you help the nyancat to find her rainbow block??
But first you have to solve puzzles to color the rainbow block.
Use your Up, Down, Right, Left key to control the cat
and if you jump the cat will throw a ball. (if you have one)
Use the sneak key to restart a level and aux1 to reset the last step.
Over 140 blocks with differend functions to solve more than 680 puzzles.
Create own level:
You can also create your own levels with the editor in the inventory. Simply press the "Create" button and choose a suitable name. On the left side, the bottom layer of the game board is displayed, and on the right side, the layer of blocks above it. On both sides, you can change the blocks by first selecting a block type at the bottom and then clicking on the respective positions.
The created levels are saved as "own_level_xxx.txt" in the folder of your world. You are welcome to share your created levels with us here or try levels from others by copying the level file into your world folder, using the "import" button, and entering the respective name.

It would be preferable if you waited until you had some real information related to projects like this before posting, although I suppose it doesn't really matter :P

For this game you need also a map.(like agon and adventus)
Only one person can play the game, so it is not useful to use labyrinthus as a Server. (like agon)

With 18 new levels
I hope i can release a new update every Saturday with about 20-25 new levels, until the 2.0.0
I will also write a Labyrinthus Guide in the next few weeks.

OK, this looks incredibly nice, but I've got to be honest, there's one thing that always keeps me from using your maps: having to download a game to go with them. I'll make an exception here, but couldn't you just package the needed mods for this map in the worldmods folder and just a add a note to the forum post stating that it requires Minetest Game?

First things first: Please get your game description right! The forum description of this game is bad. You fail to mention that this is a singleplayer puzzle game and don't really explain what you *do* in this game. So far this game reminds me a bit of Sokoban and Enigma. Getting the description right is critically important, otherwise nobody will take your game serious, like proven in many previous posts. “mini game” is a bad decription.

Now for the actual game:
Interesting concept, easy to understand. The gameplay is simple and fun so far, I like simple puzzle games like this one. It's somewhat unusual to see something like this in Minetest, but hey! Why not? xD I will probably play this for a longer period of time. :-) But the control are a major downer. :-(
What this game needs is polishing.

I am still in the Tutorial world, stuck at level 12. I have no idea what that black dot does (maybe I figure it out later). The tutorial does not really explain anything, so it is not a tutorial IMO. Either the levels should be so obvious it's self-explanatory or special tiles should be explained in 1-2 sentences. Otherwise it's not a tutorial.

The biggest problem I have with this game is that the controls are bad and tiresome. I don't like having to click on the wall all the time.
It would be ideal if the player could just use the controls on the keyboard to move the nyan cat. The Lua API allows to read the player controls. I bet you could figure something out here, the goal is that the controls are convenient and not a hindrnce like now.
Having the HUD on the wall is also annoying as it obstructs the view.

Suggestions:

There should be a reset button/key.
The level selection buttons should be moved to another wall so they don't obstruct the view.
In the level selection, mark completed levels with a different color.
The wall sign should not be editable.
The current level should be visible somewhere.
Other status information like how many keys you have should also be visible. Maybe in a wall?

There should be sounds, sounds are easy and make everything better. Now every move is silent. Walking on sand is silent, too.
There should be a more sophisticated victory effect other than just a lame chat message (sounds, visual effects, etc.).
The graphics are not really good and the “entry room” isn't nice-looking. The textures don't really fit to this kind of game. Maybe you want to browse some of the texture packs in the forums.
