这两年国内有一个木兰开源许可协议。包括国产软件产品开发和创作的开源许可。

木兰许可证名称参考自《木兰辞》（有言：万里赴戎机，关山度若飞。）

我个人认为以后国产的开源许可证，也可以参考一些别的名称，如：白玉兰，红树林等等。

btw: 美国和德国的国树好像都是橡树（oak tree）。韩国的国树好像是松树（pine tree)。加拿大的国树是：红枫树。
香港的市花好像是：紫荆花。苏杭的市花是：桂花。巴黎的市花：紫罗兰。日本的市花是：樱花。伦敦的市花是:玫瑰。... ...

国外的开源软件协议基本上是取自大学或者软件产品的名称。GNU好像也是一种动物牛羚的名称。
