Why polish characters: ą, ć, ę, ń, ś, ź, ż not works in the game and on chat?
Works only ł and ó.

it's something to do with unicode support in minetest

I always use in English for learn more. But I could not get the game in Portuguese-br. Need a translation?

As a non-english European citizen I favor any translation efforts. Naturally, we cannot demand such a thing but have to make happen the sometimes tiresome work of both the translation and the somewhat risky adaption of LUA-code for the translation.

Please have a look at my proposal at [Mod] Internationalization Library [intllib]. Any help would be welcome.

In general one may consider the GNU gettext project & documentation for further information.

Currently about 400 user-facing strings in the LUA-code of 36 mods of the minetest_game-5.0.1 mods tree are already covered.

Any help and some sustainable advice would be welcome.
