Hmmm - maybe post that elsewhere ? I don't think this topic suits well for such requests.

Very nice textures (however the palm trunks a little bit too contrastive for me). They're yours, aren't they?

If you do a new model: Can you do a lie-down-animation? Real cows may jump - but do so rarely. They seem to like standing around or lying around much more than their MT counterparts. With a suitable animation they could be more cow-like.

And sometimes, also rather rarely, they chase incautios passerby. Quasi-realistic animal behaviour would be the easiest of all mobs to implement in mods and it is much more important than graphics to get the impression of some sort of reality.

A full-fledged integrated debugger that I started work on Friday. What was supposed to be a very rudimentary testing interface, apparently evolved into this by Saturday night :D

@Chiantos: I'm looking for a nice ship model to spawn. Maybe that one looks a bit...boxy? As soon as someone comes up with a usable built ship (good looking, license sufficiently permissive) I could release a mod based on handle_schematics that spawns ships on oceans. At least for those mapgens which provide a heightmap. Submarines might also be possible.

Hello,

For your test, you can download this boat here : download/file.php?id=15986 , This is Open and Free.

When you release your Mod fork, can you contact me ? I have a problem for big schématics in pcean actually. I think use your Mod.

Good Day.

Well...that's a cow that met a player :-) (or that feels far too hot)
Would look strange to see them that way :-)

yeah, head needs to be upright and feet not sticking straight out. That's a fantastic cow model though.

I've converted a screenshot to jpg with a specific quality setting, I've then made the (original) screenshot a bit brighter and saved with a different quality. After that I've subtracted one from the other jpg image and amplified the result (first picture).
I've also converted the original image to heif with quality 8 and 10 (none of them brightened), subtracted and amplified the result (second picture).
The brightening, jpg conversion, subtracting and amplifying maybe could be done in real-time as a special effect for any purpose.

So I heard Minetest's skybox was lacking a sufficient amount of quality..?
