*almost all.
@paramat: Best looking screenshot in a long time. I love the mountain, the lake, the bridge/path and the tiny forest next to it.Sunset only adds to it. ;)

Re: Post your screenshots!
So, the long and the short of it, I'm not dead, I've just been terribly busy. However, I now have two screenshots of my next improvement to SkyLands!
Introducing the Sandstone biome:
Yes, just another boring biome featuring sand. But, unlike it's predecessors, this one has an advantage: dig down inside, and you'll find Sandstone, a la Minecraft:
I should have this and one more biome pushed and updated by sometime in the middle of this week or early next week at the latest.

In another effort to demonstrate the capabilities of gsmapper, I went around the Xanadu server and took four screenshots of various buildings constructed by other players.

Re: Post your screenshots!
Those screenshots with gsmapper are really convincing. Seems like it's working with the current Minetest version? So the only real problem's the liscencse?Inocudom wrote: In another effort to demonstrate the capabilities of gsmapper, I went around the Xanadu server and took four screenshots of various buildings constructed by other players.
A list of my mods can be found here.
Re: Post your screenshots!
To be correct, the two big problems are gsmapper's license and the fact that it crashes whenever it encounters unknown nodes (can't handle nodes without textures either.) Other than those two serious flaws, it does work in the current version of Minetest.Sokomine wrote:Those screenshots with gsmapper are really convincing. By the way, gsmapper is now in Freeminer.

Another biome-in-progress, and some of the blocks you can harvest/craft in it:
