Re: Post your screenshots!
SB66,
Your builds are always very nice, .... and sprawling. :)
Any chance you'd be willing to create schematics, in modularized form, of those large builds?
philipbenr,
I will update the Github repository with the latest updates this afternoon. It is, at this point, a standalone game, versus a mod soup, which it still is technically speaking of course.... :)

Can you also provide a version without the slopes?

philipbenr,
Extex,
As stated: viewtopic.php?f=50&t=26373&p=391281#p391281
To remove the slopes, Extex, you can simply remove the two naturalslopes mods from the lib_geology folder.

Huh, cool - these carts are neat! Are they actually functional? Will you be releasing this mod on the CDB?

Re: Post your screenshots!
oooooh nice
only way in my opinion to allow chests with content to be movable
hm, a donkey that follows me waving a carrot would be nice for pulling the cart

Re: Post your screenshots!
Thanks. Yes, they are functional. They display whatever is in the first inventory slot as cargo. I will be releasing it once I iron out the last few bits, not on the CDB though. Also note that besides esthetics they are only interesting for games which havily restirict the players usual ability to move around items.freshreplicant wrote: ↑Sun Mar 07, 2021 22:34Huh, cool - these carts are neat! Re: Post your screenshots!
Some stuff I've been working on recently:
WIP player model for a game I'm planning (will not remain as Sam)
Will have more advanced hair options, and other cool stuff in the future
Everyone I know thinks it's an abomination but I worked hard and proud of it

Discovered MTs (not exactly) new formspec stuff

My Instant messaging mod still very much a WIP

ITB number 888 currently pending approval

Re: Post your screenshots!
Whenever I said or will say that sam with knees and knees looks good and is as cute as current mtg sam, please note that I am never referring to that frankenstein you created there.
Nonetheless, it's probably a nice model if you use it in suitable situations, like for hostile mobs. I'd even go as far as to say that I can accept its existence as player model (as long as it doesn't become the main thing).

Re: Post your screenshots!
Me in front of talamh's building on Extreme Survival Minetest server.
It can be wallpaper:
Talamh said he likes view from second floor of his building:
Sam is built only from thin slabs, stairs and slopes:
so it is fully invisible when you look through water. Magic!

Some interesting mountain formations on mobile.
Re: Post your screenshots!
First attempt at terraforming. Highland lake in a desert biome. Might make no sense, but still fun.

Re: Post your screenshots!
what if the desert used to be ocean floor that is now exposed after the land has risen above sea level? but it is too salty for the highland vegetation to spread, so it became a desert.
and now it makes sense :)
