Re: Post your screenshots!
How do those slopes work? Are there just nodes registered for each angle, or are they some kind of special connected node?

Re: Post your screenshots!
Polysaken,
It is a modified version of natural_slopes.
My modified version, (for use with lib_materials / lib_ecology mods), is posted here: https://github.com/ShadMOrdre/natural_slopes. Be aware that this is not the most recent update, and so is not fully up to date with the most recent versions of lib_materials / lib_ecology. However, you can see how I modified the original mod for use with my custom setup.

Gorgeous! I'd love to see more of that.
I tried to think up an algorithm that could do something like it, but it gave me a headache.

Re: Post your screenshots!
Buuut your example from the previous page with the tree is use of a source with no clear license. If I remember correctly this is infringement of the guidelines publishing things inside Minetest. And there are more of "your textures" you published along with mods etc in Minetest where also is no clearness of license in the original source.
My english can cause brain cancer
Re: Post your screenshots!
I got already headache building this by hand (and worldedit of course) , not even thinking of an algorithm ..... :P
so much space left............

I'm sick of hearing so much bullshit, that's how clear I am. And not just for you, for other people too.waldberg wrote: ↑Thu Jul 30, 2020 16:06Buuut your example from the previous page with the tree is use of a source with no clear license. If I give an example, it was just that, an innocent showcase example, of how to make textures downsampling from images. I said that for ethics one should start from free images. I never said if that image of the tree was free or not, I didn't say either that I was going to use it in any of my mods, I didn't say in short anything respect to me at all. However, the people, who are very clever, started to add things and invent. Or you don't understand me, I don't know, I don't speak English accurately. And now you come up with the source, the licenses and various bullshit that has nothing to do with it.
If you want to make a fool of yourself, keep on doing it.
The only mod with not clear licenses was Brewing (so I decided delete it from ContentDB and redone) and some sounds of Petz (replaced). I've learned my lesson and it won't happen again. :-)And there are more of "your textures" you published along with mods etc in Minetest where also is no clearness of license in the original source.

Looks nice! The use of space is suboptimal, and the contrast could be improved. I suggest keeping the title and description on the left, but moving the preview and the button to the right (where the finger guy is) where it can be much better

Re: Post your screenshots!
The finger guy (which is a placeholder) is where the rare skins splash art will go. Probably the wave won't be there if the skin isn't rare, just showing the rest of the beach. I thought keeping the skin preview on the left as we tend to read left-to-right, so we put attention first to that side (this ofc doesn't work for someone who's Arabic, for instance)rubenwardy wrote: ↑Fri Jul 31, 2020 01:01Looks nice! But yeah, it feels kind of "crowded" right now

Re: Post your screenshots!
I reckon 100x100 textures are the best size.
