New TNT texture in Carbone, more wood-like:
The TNT is crafted with 4 wooden planks and 1 gunpowder, which is made using 3 coal lumps and 1 gravel.

Image

Large hotbar, new commands:
The /hotbar command can be used to change the size, between 1 and 23. 16 is the default in Carbone, 8 in Minetest NeXt or the vanilla Minetest game.

Image

Tip: you can make your images clickable (to enlarge them) with this:

Code: Select all

[url=https://cdn.mediacru.sh/_vaLD7UgYAom.jpg][img]https://cdn.mediacru.sh/_vaLD7UgYAom.jpg[/img][/url]
Replace the URL in both url and img tags.

Most browsers however allow right clicking to enlarge, but this makes it simpler.

Connected glass in Carbone:

It uses the glasslike_framed drawtype, so everything is client-side.

OHRRPGCE (Vikings of Midgard) meets Minetest. For those who aren't familiar with this game, Vikings of Midgard is a fantastic 2D RPG licensed under the Public Domain, running on the OHRRPGCE engine (licensed GPL). Since its tilesets are PD, the idea of trying to make a texture pack using some its tilesets came to mind.

Right! Good textures but it should be a little bit darker

So I heard people like GUIs!

I also made headway into making proper selection boxes!

And the tanks have a full cube selection box, and not an annoying to work with thin edge.

Seriously though i like the way the colours are so crazy and MK should stick to what MK likes.

Is that related to my request about allowing a default formspec appearance, for all formspecs that don't define one? Or is that inventory formspec individually themed that way? Either way, looks nice!

I made my own using some high-res textures I had lying around, as well as used some HDX.

This is not a source code mod - but a nodebox!

There was once a player by the name of neomoe, who was a talented builder on redcrab's server. Here, you can see some of his creations, thanks to me taking screenshots of them. Even redcrab's server benefits from the improvements to the shaders, and gsmapper makes exploring it more fun (as long as unknown nodes aren't ecountered.) Below is a link to the Minetest build that I used while capturing the screenshots above:
