Had this absolutely nuts idea of creating a tycoon-esque game using Minetest.

Nice idea! I wonder if it would be possible to play FreeCiv in Minetest. Cities that take up only one node would be a bit tiny - after all building something is what the game's about. Larger squares would in turn make it much harder to play due to lack of overview.

You need to place special air blocks as isolator. Normal air won't do! Use the same that are used for crafting the air sword.

Don't l need to remove the HV cable isolation first?

Use more wires for a bigger magnetic field.

Looks very fine. I'd love to have that as a schematic (.we or .mts) in order to spawn it in mg_villages. A few more houses so to make up a roman village couldn't hurt either :-)

A bit of an overcomplicated traffic light controller, LuaC based of course (only one LuaC!):

Even has a built-in menu to adjust various timing options:

Thank you.

This is an "emergency solution" for a nasty, totally corrupted terrain. I installed into an existent world mods that manipulate the mapgen: forest - and later ethereal. (Don’t try this at home!) I flattened it - and then needed only a little bit planning and a bit more endurance.

Versailles is bigger ;)

I was in doubt, if it works, when conflicting mapgens are active.
