Mind you, it does create some minor glitches with nodes which sit just above the water surface, and can look rather funky as flowing water. But I cannot stand the water right at the top edge, it just looks wrong, so I am more able to tolerate those issues mentioned.

Gahd I cannot stand the floaty bits xD
The last thing I want to do, when I want to do a big build... is having to go around removing all these things and extremely alien-like landscaping... it kills my motivation.

But I realize most people love it.
I have to think of a really good way to push one of my ideas for one of our other mapgens soon, which I have been thinking about and mentioning here and there for a while.

This is my favourite aspect of terrainbrot: distinct mountain ranges look differently. This screenshot is from my server from Hypergeometric Mountains.

I would love to see door animations accomplished. I believe it can be done using .b3d export but I am not good at all with Blender's animation bits
My thought is that one could create two brief animations, one of the door swinging to open pos, and another vice versa... then we might have close.b3d and open.b3d
Maybe it's not that easy, and I assume if it were, someone would have already done it.

Maybe do the same thing that falling sand does. Show an animating model as object entity when opening clothing, giving the illusion of movement. Nodes with mesh nodes can't animate, you're right.

In alot of cases in Minetest, things has not been done already, which is why this should be tested. There ought to be glitches when replacing the node with the object though.
