Can someone compile minetest without The memory cap?

by Joseph16 » Post

I'm not much of a compiler and I don't really know much about LuaJT or whatever's it's called were minetest shuts down if you have so many mods that is says (Minetest OOM memory error from mod[modname] current usage 82mb. It drives me crazy. Someone said I could have a version without this limit so can someone make me a version like that or at least give a detailed instruction on how to do it? Thanks!

Check the *Builds* section to see if this isn't already enabled in some of the builds that are posted there. Also, if you have this problem, don't use LuaJIT, but use a non-LuaJIT build instead.
