Any tunnel borer tool mod in Minetest?

I need something tunnel borer tool that will dig immediately many blocks by one punch. It is like tunnel borer tool that was in Advtrains mod. I remember someone showed me like mod. Please, i need it much!

I know digtron mod, but i`m looking for more simple mod than that. I need a tool that will dig blocks on punch. Does such mod exist in Minetest?

BlockMen made a diamond fist mod that looked like a glove and dug pretty fast. Don't know if it's what you are looking for.
