What constitutes a "modified" client?
Besides increasing your attack range/speed, gravity, and giving yourself privs, what makes a client "modified"?I can name quite a few people I'm suspicious of (including all Android users).
What is SCP-055?

A modified client is one that gives you an unfair advantage over other players on a server.

a modified client is a client you or someone else has changed deliberately for whatever reason.
Guidebook Lib, for in-game docs | Poly Decor, some cool blocks | Vision Lib, an all-purpose library.

Re: What constitutes a "modified" client?
It's not quite easy to define when a client is modified in open-source software as each additional commit (change in the code) modifies the client in a little amount. In multiplayer mode, this has a slightly different definition. Most people consider a client as modified or hacked when they can dig nodes faster than usual, move blazing fast, teleport or build structures within seconds. Out anticheat mechanism is far from being perfect but it prevents the most obvious and easy cheats, like the fast moving one. It's always up to the server owners whether they want to use anticheat or not.

A modified client is a client that was not compiled from the unchanged sources available at GitHub.Chem871 wrote:Besides increasing your attack range/speed, gravity, and giving yourself privs, what makes a client "modified"?I can name quite a few people I'm suspicious of (including all Android users).
