Porting Minetest to the Nintendo Switch

Would it be possible to port Minetest to the Nintendo Switch using Nintendos Indie program and offer it for free in the E-Shop? But please without save data encryption. ^^

Unlikely as
1. There are all sorts of legal issues due to licensing and NDAs.
2. someone would need to do the porting.

You're not allowed to release code which uses their SDK, so we couldn't have it in the upstream fork. Source: someone talking about SFML's support (or lack of it) for switch. Not sure on reliability

It can even boot Linux and use OpenGL out of the box, since GZDoom and ioDOOM 3 took near zero effort to port.
