Couldn't find "Forbidden License" Paragraph anymore ?

I remember there once was a paragraph in forum rules and conditions, which was like : "you may not post a mod/subgame when the license doesn't allow modification and redistribution". But recently I couldn't find it anymore. Was it removed ? If not, just linking it is fine.

Disallowed licenses

Any mod that disallows derivatives cannot be published on this forum. These include CC NoDerivs and pretty much any closed source licenses.
