I ran this poll on Twitter and got an interesting result, so I thought I'd post it here too. Please pick the one that most applies to you.
Spoiler
Here is the poll on Twitter. I put this in a spoiler to reduce the chance of it affecting the result of this poll

One option is not enough. The major fun is modding - but that lives through playing the game from time to time. At least for me.
A list of my mods can be found here.

Unfortunately, this is all Twitter allows. I wanted to compare the two communities, which is why I kept the questions and format the same

Very interesting comparison in the results here.

"Modding" and "Making a game" kind of overlap; you typically make a mod because you think it would be good in your game (even if it's just MTG) and if you're making a game you typically have to make mods (or at the very least do some edits on the available ones).
