mod folders

Is there a way to have a mod folder for each map you run. i run a few maps and they all share the same mod folder, i would like to have a mod folder for each map if this can be done how can i do it so the map i run know which mod folder to use.

create a folder inside the map/world folder called: worldmods
place your mods there.
