There are a few more mobs mods, you should be able to find them doing a search of the forum or checking out https://content.minetest.net/

typing 'mobs' into the searchbar on the above link produces https://content.minetest.net/packages/?q=mobs

This isn't a Minecraft clone, and there are none in the game by default. You'll have to search around for some mods for this.

Beware: Some of them might be very outdated.

ContentDB will also show mods which haven't been added yet, as a list at the bottom of search results
