Ok so i have tried to download several mods from here and of course i get .zip files. they are all 42.5 kb or whatever and windows says that they are invalid (file explorer on windows). I have got the moreores mod to work and it didnt say it was invalid when i downloaded it using a forum download link.
I also tried 7 zip but it says the same
If no solution, can somone send me the mods for
animals
villiges
citizens or npcs or whatever they are called
please?
any help appreciated as i would like mods to work...

best start over agian , delete the mods you have installed .use the minetest interface to remove . then install the mods automatically via the downloader.
this way the downloader will show you updates in the future. saves a lot of hassle trying to track them via the forum .
i got in a right mess installing manually and found auto way more easier to manage .
