What is this thread
This is a forum game.

What is it all about?
Post a funny idea what do you think should (never) be implemented in the minetest engine.

How do you got the idea for such thread?
Because of a typo in a command, while playing minetest.

Rules
Do not take this thread serious and do not use it to criticice minetest, there exists other threads for that topic. ;)

command to the engine.
As soon as the player runs it, the chat will be spammed with messages how bad the buildings look the player built and that she or he couldn't craft quick enough and say things like "Why do you still got no diamonds?!"

I have an idea: If you misspell a command, it should guess what you meant.
If you lack the reality, go on a trip or find a job.

when you are within 5 miles of any creature bigger than a snail it sounds an alarm and shouts caution animals are roaming freely in this area until you leave.

uhm,i never would add a real-looking body system,so you fell of a cliff and your stommach and much blood come out of your body,so i would never add real brutal things,because also kids (like me) are playing minetest. D-:

an interactive tutorial/help character which cannot be turned off. (like that annoying clip from the old microsoft word)

add climate change. every 100 days, the water level increases by 1. then, after 1000 days, everyone is killed by bad weather. will be fun.

or automatically disable the most used mods, like "moreblocks". then struggle to remove unkown nodes.

good idea. but still not safe enough. every corner needs a cloth protecting bumps, and steep cliffs shoudl be hands-off. you cant go anywhere near 10 m of an advtrains node, due to risk of trains.

and it is prepetual daytime.

too close to being useful. some developer could add a feature like "reply /y to replace your "/deleteplaer tony" with "/deletplayer tony"". but pure guessing? still kinda useful.

its only horrible when it defaults to something like "/deleteblocks 200" or, god forbid, "/shutdown".

If a player uses too many caps, too little caps, grammar that is too bad, or uses curse words, a shaft spawns below them and dumps them into a void where there are all sorts of screaming and torture sounds.

Have one block every 10000 that, if broken, will kill you.

/amianoob - command to judge how noobish you are (it always calls you a noob)

Invasive plants that can take over the world if not constantly kept under control. Think kudzu and bamboo but worse.

/everythinghatesme - a command that will make everything hate you, even plants. Touch a plant? It hurts you. Animals? They chase you and try to kill you. There will be a large and visible "HARASS ME" above your head. Can do an argument with the player name to do this to another player.

Random extra tool damage. Randomly doubles/triples/quadruples tool damage.

/theuniversehatesme - command that will begin seemingly odd yet hard to explain away circumstances that will make your life hell. Random strikes from lightening. Random sinkholes that happen to form right below you (and your builds). Random blocks in builds get replaced with other random blocks at random times. Random chest items get deleted or moved to a different chest or just drop out of the chest and onto the ground. It will rain, but only on you. Every crop you try to grow will grow to 99% mature, then pop out of the soil (die). If you look too long at animals/pets, they die. etc etc etc

/wtfisthatsound - a command to randomly play certain sounds around a player. Maybe footsteps. Maybe an animal sound. Maybe a shriek. Maybe a thunder boom. Maybe tnt explosion sound. Maybe even grab the villager sounds from Minecraft and randomly play them.

/amigoingcrazy - fake walls, fake ores, fake resources, fake trees, fake builds. Walls will randomly vanish or change when the player isn't looking. Resources will suddenly vanish midway through mining them. Trees will vanish midway through cutting them. Every random amount of hours, whatever blocks the player placed will either be changed or removed and the area restored to its natural state. Any teleports/warps will get moved to different areas at random. Chest items will randomly vanish. The above wtfisthatsound might even be included in this one. Day will be night. Night will be day.

hmm,i think that would be a good idea! (for a mod) but only useable by admins :P

I had a great troll idea once: 'Grieferschutzblock' (griefer protection block). Only safely placeable with worldedit. When any player attempts to break it, it will not break, never mind if it is in a protected area or not. Despite not breaking, it will always insert one Grieferschutzblock into their inventory. Grieferschutz is not stackable and cannot be removed with /pulverize or trash cans. It cannot be placed in chests or any other inventory formspec slot. It cannot be thrown on the ground. It is preserved in the inventory when you die. The only way to remove it is to get an admin to remove it. A command would probably be provided for this purpose like /lighten_the_load <playername> <amount>. Of course, you'd have to ask the griefer to apologise first...

PHP? Come on. C++ template metaprogramming, which is turing complete, is the way to go.
