New plants and vehicles

There should be other plants and vehicles. If there were cotton, the bed could be crafted and nobody would have to run around in the dark.

There should also be vehicles(at first only the boat and something like a cart).

I really dont want MT to be minecraft in c++, so there should be new ideas.

Head to the "Mod Releases" forum, then download some plant/vehicle mods from there. ;)

I know that there are mods containing such things. But why doesnt the original game contain them?

celeron55 wants the original game to be simple, stable and fast: most plant and vehicle mods use a good amount of resources, that's why.

I agree. But the older versions with less things are still available. And they will still be available after new versions.

Today, there are such games taking lots of recoursses(minecraft) and the ones created to run on a pentium CPU. But there arent any such games for middle speed computers like mine.

Late edit: The plant code could be executed at night. Its better waiting 2 seconds per day than having a bad FPS rate. The vehicles could turn into blocks when they arent used.
