Skin request: Electrician with buzz cut and moustache

I'm looking for someone who is good at drawing skins to draw me a skin of a man with a buzz cut and a moustache, wearing an electrician outfit (if you don't have any other ideas, I'd like a blue uniform with brown trousers).

I'll see if I can do anything in return for whoever submits the best-looking skin that matches my descriptors, but my main skills are in programming - specifically Lua. We'll work it out.

The size of the moustache and what type.
