[16x] Minetest 0.3.x texturepack XBR upscale

So I took the textures from Minetest 0.3.x and a few other forks of that version and some other textures and upscaled them using the XBR algorithm, then trimming the alpha channels.

Omsk Bird Texture from Minetest Delta fork are CC BY-SA 3.0

Custom Heart Texture by me also CC BY-SA 3.0 to make things easier

Borderstone and Teleport textures from Minetest Jachoo are (afaict) CC BY-SA 3.0
