Thanks for the up, sfan5!
7:42 PM - Bauglio: I think if you go to staples you could steal firmware from a fax machine that would run better than win10 does on any platform
7:42 PM - Bauglio: so fudge the stable build
7:43 PM - Bauglio: get the staple build

This build crashes whenever I attempt to join a server. It doesn't say why either.

Hmm, that reminds me, one of my clients also had a problem opening up Minetest on Windows 7, however, this crash was on the game itself - the debug consle popped up and closed immediately.

It looks like the shaders rewrite didn't make it into this recent build.

Umm, the shaders look just as they used to, just that we now have generating bumpmapping on the fly - See the settings ingame. This means that you do not need a custom texture pack to play with bumps

I think water transparency and glass transparency were fixed, actually. One odd thing I did notice is that some textures aren't affected by fog with these shaders on.

how does waypoints work?
There is just waypoint functioniality, you need a mod to actually utilize them.
Here you go: https://github.com/minetest-technic/uni ... /waypoints
