[Linux] [x64] Linux builds from 5.4 and beyond

I'll be doing some client/server bundles with "run_in_place" Linux builds. They have no bundled dependencies, and you need to have them installed first.

Currently built and tested on Debian stable and testing. Should also work on Ubuntu.

Is this only for Portuguese? I ask, because the English version of 5.4.0 isn't on the Debian repositories yet.
