Spoiler
In the modding questions section there came up the question how to attach an UV map texture to an .obj-3d model in blender, so you can use it in a mod for minetest. Both texture and model have been created in voxelshop and aren't immediately ready to use for minetest.
Here is a little step-by-step tutorial for the blender part:
1) open blender
2) delete the default cube
3) file>import>.obj (the voxelshop model)
4) press tab to switch to the edit mode
5) change the view to "UV/Image Editor" (you only see the UV map lines if you are in edit mode)
6) then open your texture as image: image>open image (choose your UV texture)
The UV map looks really weird but works surprisingly well without changes.
7) change back to 3D view
8) select your model and add a material to it
9) change to node editor
10) add>texture>image texture
11) press the little image icon in the "image texture node" to add your texture
12) connect the colors like in the screenshot
13) Now your model is ready. Export it with file>export>obj
I suppose modders know how to add a new node to a minetest mod, but in the attatchments I added a little mod with model working. Have fun! :)
