Help with making meshes in Blender

Ma & Pop's Furniture Mod needs some work done on the models. I need each model to use separate textures for each block. Meaning it needs to be compatible with texture packs.

You need to re-UVmap the models - import them in blender, redo the UVmap with 2 materials, and then re-export to OBJ. Not super complicated, though.

I have never made or edited a 3d model but how should I edit it now

I'm having trouble with the TV model that NathanS. Has made it had gotten messed up somehow and I was wondering if someone could fix it?

I've never been able to make multiple textures any normal way using the tools in Blender. But, if you're using .obj files, then I can give you a few ways I hack the source code to make it work, or you could send me the models and show me where each texture needs to be, and I'll do it for you.
