So these are .obj files that hover a bit above the ground? You'll need to edit it using 3d modeling software such as Blender, or if you upload the files here to the forums, I'm sure someone could help you.

yep, post them. They just need to be lowered below the plane a bit. should fix it

very odd.
The file for tree2 is the same as the one in your repo. It did not even show in Blender.
Tree4 I scaled down, as it was much larger than the other models. I then exported it, and replaced the original file with mine... it should be there, but it did not show when I added it for some reason
