How do I use "register_sign" to create a new sign in my mod?
Check out my Star Wars subgame.

Are you talking aboutSigns Lib or Sign API ?

Both provide a register_sign method. Both are quite well documented.

I was actually talking about the default register_sign, I was not aware about those mods.
Check out my Star Wars subgame.
