Could somebody make a mod, where are some blocks you can steer in the water (just like boats, but to build with)?
It would be very cool and allow to build driving sail ships or so.

Some ideas :

• Parachute.
• Transporter (right-click on a player, and he will transport you).
• Block an attack (right-click with the sword) on PvP.
• 2D animated little birds (very minimalist : like flowers).
• Poll (submit any custom poll to players, ex. F5 for 'yes' and F6 for 'no' and then show results).
• Enable pasting links/text in the chat. The URLs could be automatically "linkable" to web browser.

You should look at [meshnode] by stu, or [airship] by Pavel_S. These work by converting map nodes ("blocks") into node-shaped entities, which can be steered by activating a special controller node.

A Mod where admins are able to disable PvP only in protected areas.
Already asked (and deeply begged) by so many people and players/admins since December 2012 (almost 2 years ago) and unfortunately nobody wanted or could do it till now. :(

Maybe they should add in a auto building mod like that builds you a castle automatliy and or make a wall made out of diamond blocks or to make a skyscraper

You could use the worldedit-mod to create a simple diamond wall or import skyscrapers into your world.

There are several mods out there which allow to place buildings more or less automaticly. You can even select them from a list. Search e.g. for towntest.

hmm how about a tardis mod where you can fly a tardis box as well as having a seperate tardis room that you can teleport to simaler to the old doctor who mod exept you can see the tardis using the new camra modifications in the engine as well as teleporting the tardis to locations

How should they look like? Have you already tried to create your circular stair with moreblocks mod? It has a huge selection of block elements. Maybe it works with them.

Here is the replacement Stairs mod I use on Xanadu server, it has slabs, stairs and corner stairs and supports ethereal, bakedclay, wool and castle mods... I've also added stairs for quite a few of the default blocks in-game...
