What are the essential mods to admin/security/management/login/moderation... all server shoud have?

Hmmm, I am going to create an Invitez Mod to access my server, like temporary codes/coupons to create an account. Because I want my server super-safe and super-exclusive, only for VIP people, not griefers nor ordinary people. :-D
