WIP Subgames: please moving to releases if at least 1.0

Hey folks! There are ton of subgames way beyond a 1.0 release which still stick around in WIP Subgames. This can't be right …

Two promising posts:

There are also LOTs of other potentionally release-worthy subgames, I haven't checked all.

@ALL subgame authors: PLEASE do cleanup your subgame forum page and request your subgame to be moved if it's at 1.0 or beyond. It's in your own best interest to do so, why would you keep your own subgame officially in WIP status when it's actually release-worthy?

Good question. Short answer for my subgame:
(1.0.0 == stable) and (1.0.0 != complete)
(1.1.x-dev == stable) and (1.1.x-dev ~ complete)
if (stable == true) and (complete == true) then (WIP = false) and (release worthy).

I hope to achieve those goals for October. BTW, big thanks for mentioning my subgame. :)
