Technological Subgame

A subgame that has all of the well-known technology mods. Can people suggest what mods they would like to see in this subgame. This is the discussion area to prepare the list of mods.

I'd like you to take mods such as autotmation and not pipeworks or technic please. It's too common IHMO! :)

* basic_robots - can do almost everything
(includes moving, smelting and grinding, so not sure what technic would add)
* basic_machines
- keypad: allows other players to activate a robot (optionally with password)
so robot can work when owner is offline (eg. shop, game, factory, mailbox ...)
- light - bright illumination, can be switched on/off
* mesecons
- pressure-plate - allows to activate a robot, even without interact
so you can make a quiz-robot that gives interact
- lightstones - colored lights
* hoppers - to feed stuff into furnaces & machines

Other, non-technical mods to consider:
* some area-protection-mod
* inventory-mods, crafting-guide
* skins / armor
* chat-commands - eg. /who, /spawn ...
* mail
* travelnet (teleporters & elevators) / poi -points-of-interest
* shop / currency / trade / npcs
* letters / item-frames (for decorating shops)
* signs / direction-signs / posters / wiki
* moreore / quartz / bakedclay / darkage / stainedglass / asphalt / moreblocks
** xdecor: has workbench, mailbox, rope&ivy, several building-materials
* food / farming / tree-cutting / hunger
* mobs / animals

you may want to study and wake the old [technic_game] that is somewhat asleep.
Sadly RealBadAngel (rba) isn't around anymore so the game might need some other technic enthusiast to get pulled uptodate. Or maybe simply fork it as a basis for your game.

There is also a wiki page to it that could need some work
