Cool Games for Youtube Videos??

I want to start a series in my Youtube Channel. Of course I would start with a relax gameplay: building a house, digging...

But also I want to play cool game servers. What would be the better servers out there from a YouTube viewer perspective? Minigames or Bed wars or anything else.

AdventureTest is a very impressive game - but not very relaxing at the start. And sadly the server currently doesn't seem to be up. And the newest code hasn't been publicly released yet afaik.
