brouser client for spectator

my idea is spectator video in browser.
it spesctate online characters about minute or mor. and switch to another character or flay on areas if prezent and someon can look on world at this server without connecting to server .
just look activity on server in real time .

is this posible ?
i not a programmer . i no idea how to create this :(
