Replace post counts with this

Now, as we all know, post counts haven't helped, thanks to me. I'm going to solve the problem I created. My suggestion is this.
1-Post count is hidden.
2-Members are ranked by two values - general approval and experience.
3-These are decided by other users.
4-Users with higher ranks have more influence in the vote. Eg:- a member who has more approval points can add and take away more of a users approval points in one vote than one with less.
5-No more shitposting
6-ABJ is not spammer
7-Paramat is less pissed off.

Because post counts are counterproductive and we need a way to see who's better.

There's no reason to hide post counts.
1. People with high post counts are not always better, or more knowledgeable than others with just a few posts.
2. People that are obsessed with having more posts than the other guy need to find something constructive to do :)
3. It's true some people just have the gift of gab. Nothing you can really do about that.

That is exactly why we should hide post counts and switch to a more member opinion-driven system.
