Streaming Ogg Vorbis [Minetest Music]

I was playing and thought about how Ogg Vorbis can be streamed, and how there's no music in Minetest. I found this post about OpenAL and streaming Ogg Vorbis: http://forum.devmaster.net/t/openal-les ... queue/2895

It's over my head but I think it's interesting enough to post about it. I'd love to be able to minetest.sound_play("file:///home/james/soundtrack.ogg"). Any thoughts on this, or music in Minetest in general?

Here's a favorite GitHub issue of mine, about supporting module music formats: https://github.com/minetest/minetest/issues/3878

That aside, I figured since Minetest is already using OpenAL to load and play Ogg Vorbis, streaming would be an easier step to take.
