Player specific Translation

by Lejo » Post

There is already Internationalization Library
But this translates the whole server, why not translate player specific?
The server could auto detect where the player lives.

Server side translations only work (logically) for the entire server the same way.
Check out the lua_api.txt for how to provide client-side translations to 5.0.0(-dev) or later clients.
Look, I programmed a bug for you. >> Mod Search Engine << - Mods by Krock - DuckDuckGo mod search bang: !mtmod <keyword here>

Client-side translations are client specific and translated by the client because it's the client that client the client clients client client things and client adjust to the client language client. client. The server provides all available translations files to the client.
You can translate it into whatever language you want, as long the file is named correctly (see lua_api.txt).
