A way to disable the cursor movement and third person view inputs?

it could be something like
player:set_cursor_movement_input(false)
player:set_third_person_view_input(false)

and maybe

player:set_view_mode(1 - 3)
player:set_third_person_view({x=0,y=0,z=0}) can be done by player:set_eye_offset({x=0,y=0,z=0},{x=0,y=0,z=0})
its would be very helpfull in, eg:
2D
top down
rts
camera mode
...

what do you think?

I think, there should be a way to define custom viewpoints. So in your case, you would just remove the viewpoints you don't want.
If you lack the reality, go on a trip or find a job.

or just disable those.

as in my case, and probability in others too, is when you need to make acts with animated characters this is a must have

Good suggestion. For some games, disabling certain camera viewpoints is definitely desirable, esp. 3rd person as it can be kind of abused to see things you should not normally see.

Locking the camera angles is useful if you want to freeze the player for a few seconds.
