player:set_velocity()

by jordan4ibanez » Post

It's pretty much just what it says in the title. player:set_veloctity(). Add velocity will absolutely flip out if you try to do hard velocity modifications with any latency. It would be nice if we could combine this with the speed variable in physics override to do precise movements per player without needing to stick them to an entity to gain precise control.
hello, am program. do language in rust. make computer do. okay i go now.

Developers always said it is impossible cos player velocity is client side so changing server side would produce incongruities.
